We’re a little late today due to some technical problems at home base, but we just couldn’t go without giving you your required dosage of awesome physics games:

wOne

You thought a wheel needed something to be attached to? No way, this wheel is all on it’s own and still awesome! Control the wheel and collect the stars to make it to the exit. Warning: it’s not as easy as it seems!

Dar Ball

Fling your ball over to the flag. That’s it, that’s all you have to do. Think it’s easy? Well first off, you only have a small box from within which you can throw the ball, and second, there might be an object or two preventing the ball from getting to the flag. Good luck, you’re gonna need it!

Phlocks

Drop blocks and stack enough of them on top of the platform to get to the next level. Seems easy enough, until you find out that this game has a wind factor that will make stacking those blocks well very hard!

It’s Monday, and we’re officially up to 99 games! Wow, the fun really never stops!

Shipping Blox

Shipping containers can be hard work! Sometimes the wind sways the crane, making it hard to place your container… Maybe the sea is a bit choppy and the boat keeps moving around… And don’t forget that dropping the boxes on dock workers is a big no no! Even so, I’m sure you can do it, and get the highest score while you’re at it!

Cosmic Crush

Gravity is a force to be respected, but that does not mean you can’t use it to your advantage! Collide with space rocks and planets smaller than you to grow, but stay away from anything that’s bigger than you are!

FWG Bridge 2

It’s time to build more bridges. This time there are 8 new environments and new creatures to help cross over to the other side. This time you can also use more expensive but stronger metal bars to build your bridges. Good luck!

You might have heard of this little piece of software before, it has been used to great effect in games such as GTA IV, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, and even in movies. The company behind the software, NaturalMotion, naturally, has been kind enough to use a free version of their animation software to mess around with, with the only limitation being that you can only render your creation out to a video file. This is a fully functioning professional piece of software, so it isn’t very easy to learn, but as you can see, the results can be totally freaking rad.

In the spirit of Crayon Physics and Magic Pen comes Numpty Physics, another ‘draw and play’ physics game. What sets this one apart from the others? Well the creator claims not to have played them, so at the very least you’ll get a bunch more brainteasing levels. It also works a little different, and it’s free, so you really don’t have anything to lose. Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.

Also, it has a funny name.

The creator of Crayon Physics Deluxe have a special sale going on where you decide what the game is worth! Want to give the developers of this great little game $50? Go ahead! Is your wallet still feeling thin from the holiday season? Give them only a few dollars. This game won the Seumas McNally Grand Prize at the Independent Games Festival in February 2008, so whatever you pay for it, it’ll be worth it.

For those who are not familiar with Crayon Physics Deluxe, there is a demo available, and the game is very similar as (but more comprehensive than) Magic Pen.

The sale lasts until January 15th, so I suggest you don’t wait and go buy Crayon Physics Deluxe right now, the developer deserves your money even if it’s just a penny.

Bloboats is a lot like the Super Mario games… if Super Mario was a boat, the Mushroom Kingdom suffered from an acute case of global warming, and all Goombas evolved into weird squid monster things. Also, because wheels are for suckers, you can totally roll around on land. It can be a little difficult to get the hang of the boat sometimes, but I guess that’s part of the whole “simulation” thing, isn’t it? Overall it’s a very charming little game, and I command you to check it out.

Your goal in this physics puzzle game is to get rid of the red blocks, either by clicking on them or by making them fall out of the level. Watch out though, you should not harm the green blocks! There are also some other types of blocks you must treat differently, and sometimes gravity might not be what it seems.

Your town is being attacked by a fleet of ships! Use the laws of physics and whatever projectiles you have at your disposal to take care of them and defend your town and your castle. Aim your shots wisely, and be aware of what kind of projectile you are shooting.

Way of an Idea

Chalkboard Einstein wants a chalkboard apple! Sound strange? It’s the way of an idea! Use your knowledge of physics and draw chalk lines for the apple to follow. Things might get trickier than you think!

Windosill

Not so much a game as an interactive toy with a few goals here and there. You must guide a little toy truck through a variety of interactive environments. Play with everything you see in this beautiful preview of a much larger experience.

Max Damage

Use your cannon to destroy as much property as possible! Aim your shots well, and be sure to use the right amount of power to effectively shoot down your targets. Don’t forget that you sometimes have different kinds of balls, such as bouncy balls or bombs!

Splitter

Get the little smiley to the brown circle by cleverly cutting blocks and ropes to complete the level. Things are not even close to being as simple as they seem, however, as this game uses all the laws of physics to make it hard for you to succeed.
